We are a young independent company specialising in all things aquatic – from goldfish bowl to lake installation.
Andy Carr set-up the business two years ago with right-hand man Dan Halls. Between them Andy and Dan have over 20 years experience in the Trade and a passion for their work.
The lovely town of Bury St. Edmunds is our base though we deliver a wide range of goods to many other parts. Ample parking is available on the shop front.
We stock only well-proven, quality brands including Oase (we are a 5-star stockist for the area), NT Labs, Eheim, Biorb, Juwel, Rockways and Beaver Water Plants.
We offer a site survey service for aquariums and ponds and we work with approved landscapers for major installations.
Our customers, many of whom have been with us for 10 years, range from the most serious hobbyists to those who get great pleasure from a couple of goldfish in a patio pond.
Most companies will say they are keen on customer service. At Home & Garden Aquatics ‘service’ is genuinely as important to us as the products we stock and the leading brands we supply. Keeping coldwater, tropical or marine fish can sometimes seem complicated – especially to those who are starting out; so we place huge emphasis on taking the time to give honest advice on product selection, installation and maintenance. The fact that so many people keep coming back, we believe, justifies that commitment.
